Camera Critters ~ Week One


Thank goodness there was a nice think piece of glass between me and this thing. Yes, I said thing. I know it has a technical name, but all I think when I see it is giant spider, and it creeps me out. I took this picture at our local zoo last month.

    I have friends who keep tarantulas as pets ... but methinks that's a line I won't cross myself.

    That's a Mexican Red Knee Tarantula, I believe..

    I tend to agree with you ... it's best to have a sheet of glss between me and it :-)
