Electronic Cigarettes

Have I told you guys how proud I am of my husband? A few months ago he quit smoking, and as far as I know, he hasn't been cheating too bad. I had been after him for years to quit, but it took a raise in cigarette prices for him to finally do it.

I am just glad he doesn't know about Green Smoke. Green Smoke is an electronic cigarette, and from what I understand from reading a Green Smoke Review , you are smoking vapors, not smoke. They come in eight flavors and five different nicotine levels, so you are sure to find one that works for you.

Check out other electronic cigarette reviews before deciding which one to invest in, because they are a bit pricey. But, compared to the price of real cigarettes these days, you will save money in the long run.

Brighter And Whiter

I quit smoking seven and a half years ago. I was pregnant with Brandi, and just decided one day that I was being horrible to her, so I quit. Cold turkey. Since then, I have never even been tempted to light up, even though Junior continued to smoke.

A couple of months ago, they raised the price of cigarettes here to over four dollars a pack. We were barely able to afford to support Junior's habit at three dollars a pack, so he quit. As far as I know, he has not bought any cigarettes, but he does bum one now and then from the guys he works with when he has a particularly bad day. I know how hard it was for me to quit, and I only smoked for ten years. Junior smoked for about twenty five years, so I know this wasn't easy for him, either. I am so proud of him for doing it, though.

The years of smoking have taken their toll on us. I know my teeth are not exactly as white as I would like them to be, so I have been looking into teeth whitening. I know there are ways to do it at home, and I am looking for the easiest way. E-Bright Tooth Whitening Accelerator Home Edition looks really promising. It's simple to use, and can provide results in three twenty minute sessions.

Have any of you used home whitening kits? What were your results?
