I am sure many of you are like me, and having a hard time finding the money to finish up your Christmas shopping. I was checking out personal loan interest rates hoping to find a way to get some extra cash. I still have to get Ryan twelve more gifts to even him out with the girls. I know that seems like a lot, but most of the things I've bought already were on clearance, and it's mostly clothes. They need some fun stuff, too.
