Quick Question?

How long can I keep gingerbread dough in the fridge?

I made it a week ago, and it has been wrapped up in the fridge. It is still soft, but I don't know how long dough is good for. I know they sell refrigerated dough, but it is sealed.

What do you think? Just use it to decorate, or is it still edible?
