Dipping Sauce Debate

Tonight we went to a certain fast food place to eat supper. We eat here at least once a month, and the kids love it. I, on the other hand, am getting so tired of the employees treating us like we are an inconvenience. I have worked fast food for years, and know that you are supposed to make the customers feel welcome, so that they will come back. I wanted to suggest to the owners that they get some 360 degree software so that they can evaluate their employees, and teach them how to interact with the customers. Asking for a ranch dipping sauce should not start a debate about whether or not you purchased chicken. They charge you for it either way, so why does it matter?
