Mixed Up

I feel like a baby. I seem to have my days and nights mixed up. I haven't been falling asleep until around 2am, and then I have to get up at 5:20 to get the kids to school. Thank goodness I can then go back to bed for a few hours, because I would be a walking zombie. I really need to find a way to straighten myself out.
