Get Your Punk On

We all have our stories about how we met our significant others. I will not bore you again with my story. I have told it plenty of times before. Today I am interested in your story. How did you and your boyfriend or husband meet? Was it a chance meeting? Were you set up on a blind date? Did you meet online?

Meeting people online had never been easier. You can join a dating site, which I did a few days ago. I only did it to check out the process. Junior helped me fill out the questionnaires. I am not sure if I am a true believer in these sites, but it does not hurt to try new things. I think the most difficult thing is finding someone who shares your interests. This is where chat rooms come into the picture. You can find a chat room dedicated to almost anything. There are religious chat rooms, chat rooms for animal lovers or tattoo lovers, and even Punk Chat Rooms, where you can meet someone who shares your interest in all things punk related. This punk chat room is free to join, and sign up is easy. You really have nothing to lose checking it out.

Hmmmm, I'll make it short and sweet, I met my boyfriend at the gas station! He pumped my glass, cleaned my windows and put oil in for me....I thought he was really sweet, and although nothing happened then....I saw him working at a gas station close to my house a few months later, and asked the owner if he used to work at "so and so" gas station, and he said yes, and The bold Kat came out and asked if he was single?? I couldn't believe it came out of my mouth!! But the owner said, yes he thinks so...and I just left in a hurry, I was so embarressed.
The next time I went to the gas station, he said to me "Don't I know you from "so and so" gas station...and I just about died, cuz I knew the owner had told him...and I just said "yes" in a little voice...LOl I have to laugh at myself....
And then he asked if I'd like to get a cup of coffee sometime...and voila!! We've been together almost a year now....

Not terribly romantic...but, that's my story...

Now, I have left you something over at my blog...enjoy!! And have a great day!!

my hubby is a wrestler, like WWE wrestler- not like high school folk style wrestler, anywhooo he was wrestling a show and afterwards he and his two goofy friends came up to my g'friend and I and asked, "so do you come here often?"

She went on to marry his friend!

I had to marry him to save the world from the CHEEZE in those lines! LOL!
