Junior brought home some bananas today. We only buy them when they are really ripe and marked down. The girls and I decided that we would make some muffins. I found a recipe for banana crumb muffins, so we tried that. They came out pretty good, but would have tasted better if I hadn't forgotten to put the cinnamon in the crumb mix.
