I picked my beautiful zucchini from my garden the other day, and decided to make zucchini bread. I have never done this before, and didn't have a recipe. I checked my cook books, and then hit the internet. Most of the recipes I found had basically the same ingredients, so I decided to go with a Paula Deen recipe.
It came out so yummy! The kids loved it, Junior loved it, and my mom loved it.
I have a feeling I will be making it again.
Oh, and we were at the grocery store today, and Junior found bulk pecans marked down from $6 a pack to $.99. I bought four packs, and am going to use them in the zucchini bread i am sure i will be baking all summer long.
