I found this new flavored cheese when I was food shopping the other day. I love sun dried tomatoes, so I figured I would give it a try. For lunch today, I had a grilled cheese sandwich, made with this cheese and bakery fresh sourdough bread.One word...YUM!
Junior got a bacon cheddar version, but I haven't tried that one. He liked it, though. Maybe tomorrow for lunch I will have a grilled cheese with that one...
