I have talked about how bad my kitchen walls look. This is a picture of the ceiling and wall above my back door. It shows the worst of the water damage from where my roof leaks. You can kind of tell where the panels are bowing away from the wall a little. It looks like this all the way down to the floor.I really want the management company to come out and fix it all, but I'm not sure if they will. I might have to look into Fort Lauderdale Painting
and see if they can recommend someone locally to come in and give me an estimate. Then I could take that to the management company and let them see how bad the wall really is. I would even be happy with them sending their own guy, or maybe supplying the paint and letting me do it myself. Junior will have to talk to them the next time we pay rent.
I hope they are open to our suggestions, or we may not resign our lease. The only thing that would make us stay is if we couldn't find another place close by so that the kids wouldn't have to change schools. I am really happy with the schools, and it's one of the best districts around here. I guess we still have a few months to figure things out.

Girl that is dangerous. You need to be thinking of mold! You know how hot it got today and the inside of that wall starts to mold, you all could get really sick really quick.
The mgt comp. needs to come out and pull that piece of wall out, redo it and then paint your kitchen. Compared to what it would cost to clean the mold up- pulling the wall section out would be seriously inexpensive!!!
I'd fight them!
If they become butts about it, New Channel 7 is always itching for a story to bust someone!!! Just a thought!
